and courteous mannerWhat You'll Be DoingWelcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arriveAnswering phones and supporting enquiries with care and professionalismBooking and managing patient appointmentsProcessing accounts and managing invoicing/receipting, including third-party suppliersSupporting our doctors and health professionals with day-to-day administrationMaintaining confidentiality and treating patient information with respectHelping the team stay organised and ensuring the practice runs smoothlyPitching in where needed and working flexibly, including some evenings or SaturdaysHoursWe're open Monday to Friday and looking for someone who can be flexible across the week but especially Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays!
