About the role
Working as part of the site team at The Alfred, your responsibilities will include:
Operating cranes safely and efficiently
Carrying out dogging and rigging duties
Directing and coordinating crane lifts
Safely moving and positioning materials around site
Inspecting lifting equipment and ensuring it is fit for use
Following site safety procedures, SWMS and lifting plans
Working closely with the Site Supervisor, Foreman and construction team
Maintaining a safe and organised work area
Ensuring all lifting operations comply with relevant safety requirements

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as aCrane Driver / Dogman
Strong dogging and rigging experience
All relevantlicences, tickets and qualifications
A strong understanding of safe lifting practices
Previous construction site experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
The ability to work effectively in a busy construction environment
What we offer

Crane Driver – $60 per hour flat rate
Dogman – $45 per hour flat rate
