Mechanical Fitters & Milling Machine Operators | $52–$58/hr | Monday–Friday | Brendale

MECHANICAL FITTERS | 1–2 POSITIONS We are looking for experiencedMechanical Fitterswith a strong mechanical background and proven experience working withpumps and gearboxes.
Your duties will include:
Stripping, assessing, refurbishing and reassembling pumps and gearboxes
Mechanical repairs, maintenance and refurbishment
Identifying faults and assessing component condition
Reading engineering drawings and technical documentation
Using workshop machinery and hand tools
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, quality and safety
Strong pump and gearbox refurbishment experience is essential.
MILLING MACHINE OPERATORS | 1–2 POSITIONS
We are seeking highly experiencedMilling Machine Operatorswith strong knowledge ofmachine setup and operation.
The successful candidates will have:
Extensive milling experience
Strong knowledge of milling machinesetup and operation
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience selecting tooling, setting speeds/feeds and completing accurate machining
Strong understanding of machining tolerances and measurements
Ability to work independently and produce quality components
Previousworkshop/manufacturingexperience
The more experienced you are with milling setup, the better!

Relevant workshop experience
