We invest in our people, encourage fresh ideas, celebrate success and provide the opportunity to grow alongside a business that's only just getting started.We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team.This is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse.About the RoleReporting to the State Operations Manager and Operations 2IC, you will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including receiving stock, picking and packing orders, dispatch, inventory control and general warehouse duties.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyEnsure the correct products are dispatched against sales ordersReceive incoming stock and assist with unloading deliveriesCheck incoming goods against relevant documentationStore and organise stock in the correct warehouse locationsAssist with stocktakes and inventory countsMaintain accurate stock movements and warehouse recordsOperate a counterbalance forklift where requiredAssist customers and work closely with other team membersKeep warehouse, pallet and work areas clean, protected and organisedFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresWear and maintain required PPE and safety equipmentFollow instructions from the Operations team and complete allocated tasks within required timeframesRaise any operational, stock or safety issues with your manager promptlyAbout YouPrevious warehouse, stores or logistics experienceExperience with picking, packing, receiving and dispatchA current forklift licence and counterbalance forklift experience preferredGood attention to detail and accuracyA strong focus on safetyGood communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to perform physical and manual handling dutiesA reliable, organised and proactive approach to workWhy Join Us?
