Medical Center Opening hours are 8 am-6 pm weekdays and 9:00 am-4 pm on weekendsThe role will involve:Greeting and interacting with patients face-to-face and over the phoneScheduling and managing patient appointmentsPatient billing and processing of paymentsGeneral administrative dutiesOpening and Closing dutiesThe successful candidate will require:Experience in medical reception/administration is essentialExperience in Paracsoft and Medical DirectorExcellent time management and organizational skillsReliability and a robust work ethicAbility to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a teamExcellent verbal communication skillsEnthusiastic and positive attitudeWell presentedMaintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient informationStrong customer service focusConfident and energeticAbility to build rapport with patients and doctorsGreat team working skills with the ability to self-directCPR certificate (can be done upon accepting the job offer)Any other administrative duties as directed by the Practice Manager.This position requires an immediate start.
