Receptionist – Front of House & Sales SupportBe the welcoming face of Mercedes-Benz BallaratMercedes-Benz Ballarat is looking for a professional, friendly and highly organised Receptionist – Front of House & Sales Support to join our team.As one of the first people our customers meet when they visit or contact our dealership, you'll play an significant role in creating the premium customer experience expected from Mercedes-Benz Ballarat.This is much more than a traditional reception position.You'll enjoy a varied role combining customer service, reception, telephone coordination, customer lounge and café management, new vehicle deliveries and sales support.What you'll be doingYour responsibilities will include:Welcoming customers and guests to the dealershipManaging our reception and Front of House areaAnswering and coordinating incoming telephone callsDirecting customer enquiries to the appropriate departmentTaking and communicating accurate messagesEnsuring our customer lounge is welcoming and well presentedOffering and preparing refreshments for customers and guestsManaging the day-to-day presentation and operation of our customer café and refreshment areaAssisting with new vehicle stock deliveries and associated processesWorking with our Sales Team to coordinate customer vehicle deliveriesAssisting with vehicle handover preparationsScheduling and preparing for customer delivery appointmentsPreparing customer handover materials and documentationAbout youWe're looking for someone who:Genuinely enjoys dealing with peopleHas a warm, professional and approachable mannerDelivers exceptional customer serviceHas an excellent telephone mannerIs highly organised and able to manage competing prioritiesHas strong attention to detailIs comfortable working in a busy environmentEnjoys working as part of a teamCan confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the telephoneIs computer literate and comfortable learning new systemsTakes pride in their personal presentation and workplace environmentIs proactive, flexible and happy to assist different areas of the dealershipPrevious experience in reception, customer service or the automotive industry would be an advantage but is not essential.Barista experience would also be an advantage; however, training can be provided.A current driver's licence is required.What we offerJoining Mercedes-Benz Ballarat provides:A modern prestige automotive dealership environmentMonday-to-Friday working weekFree all-day staff parkingMercedes-Benz brand-specific trainingA varied and engaging positionCareer advancement opportunities based on performance and demonstrated capabilityInterested?
