We are seeking a Casual Night Supervisor/Gaming Attendant for the Royal Oak Richmond (VIC ****) specifically for night shifts.
You will provide excellent customer service and maintain a secure, compliant gaming environment for our patrons during late-night venue operations.What You'll Be Doing (Night Shifts)Regulation Compliance: Monitor gaming areas to ensure legal and policy compliance.Customer Support: Assist patrons with machine operations and venue queries.Late-Night Safety: Observe behavior to keep the environment secure and orderly.Responsible Gaming: Active support of venue responsible gambling initiatives.Cash Handling: Securely process transactions and manage cash procedures.Venue Care:



Keep the gaming floor clean and report machine faults to night management.What We're Looking ForAvailability: Must be available for consistent night and late-evening shifts.Certifications: Valid RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) and RSA certificates.
