The Sydney Park Hotel, following a huge renovation, is reopening with two brand-new levels, a pool hall and a rooftop beer garden. We are seeking a hands-on, energetic hospitality leader to drive this exciting recent chapter and shape the venue’s ongoing development.

You’ll lead on the floor, build a robust team, recruit and train staff, and oversee venue reporting, F&B; operations and menu development, with ample prospect for growth.
