The Improvement Movement Perth is seeking a Support Worker for the Southeast
suburbs.
You will work with people who think, feel, communicate, and experience the
world in their own unique way, bringing patience, creativity, and humour to the role.
You are warm, switched-on, and can hold solid boundaries while maintaining a
positive approach.
Approximately 15 hours per week initially with more work for the
right candidate.
Locations are Cannington-Byford.Key responsibilitiesSupporting participants with daily living support, household tasks, and attending appointmentsAssisting participants with community access and engagement to promote skill building and independencePromoting compassion, dignity and freedom with a participant-centred focus at all timesWorking independently and communicating clearly with the teamAbout youMinimum 3 years' experience in disability supportNDIS Worker Screening Check, WWC Check, First Aid, CPR, Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicleConfident supporting people with ASD,
