About the RoleWe are seeking reliable and motivated Injection Moulding Machine Operators to join our manufacturing operation.This role is responsible for operating injection moulding machinery, monitoring product quality, performing basic tool and die changes, packing finished products, and supporting safe and efficient production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate injection moulding machines safely and efficientlyMonitor machine performance and production outputPerform basic tool, mould, and die changeovers as requiredAssist with machine set-ups and production changeoversInspect moulded products for defects, quality, and specification complianceTrim, pack, label,



and prepare finished products for dispatchConduct routine quality assurance checks throughout production runsLoad raw materials and monitor material feed during productionIdentify and report machine faults, defects, or production issuesMaintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines and work areasComplete production and quality documentation accuratelyFollow all workplace safety, operational, and quality proceduresSkills and ExperiencePrevious injection moulding or manufacturing experience preferredExperience with moulding tools or die changes advantageousMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and solid work ethicForklift licence advantageous but not essentialKey AttributesSafety-focused mindsetMechanically minded and hands-onReliable and punctualQuality-conscious with strong attention to detailPositive attitude and willingness to learnIf you are an experienced professional who prides yourself on reliability, safety, and maintaining high standards, we encourage you to apply.
