We are happy to train the right people who have a good attitude and are willing to work.The WorkDepending on your experience and position, duties may include:Powder coating aluminium and steel productsSandblasting and surface preparationHanging and unloading productsMasking and preparing items for coatingWrapping and packing completed workGeneral factory and workshop dutiesMoving materials and preparing jobs for productionMaintaining a clean and secure work areaAssisting other members of the production team as requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for people who:Are reliable and turn up to work on timeHave a strong work ethicCan work effectively as part of a teamAre comfortable working in a factory environmentAre physically capable of manual workTake pride in the quality of their workCan follow instructions and workplace safety proceduresFor Powder Coater and Sandblaster applicants, previous industry experience will be looked upon favourably.A forklift licence is also an advantage but is not essential.What We OfferFull-time workStable hoursImmediate start availableTraining for suitable applicantsOpportunity to develop skills within the powder coating industryPay based on experience and capabilityEstablished and busy workplaceSunshine Coast locationIf you already have powder coating, sandblasting or industrial finishing experience, we would particularly like to hear from you.If you don't have industry experience but you're reliable, prepared to work and keen to learn, we also encourage you to apply.
