We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs.

We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.About The RoleCasual Program Coordinators are responsible for facilitating the delivery of our junior cricket programs and experiences within schools, clubs and the wider community.
You will play such an important role in growing cricket participation in the community.This is a casual role,



hours of work vary week to week based on the needs of cricket blast programs in the area.In This Role You WillCoordinate and deliver engaging programs that teach important cricket skills to children in schools and clubsPromote community engagement throughout schools during the cricket seasonProvide in person quality delivery, engagement & support of School programs including Health and PE, Sporting Schools, Mascot Challenge and School CupsAssist and expand participation in Club based entry level programs including CNSW Cricket Blast CentresBuild, maintain and leverage relationships with local schools and school ambassadorsAbout YouEnergetic, enthusiastic and imaginativeReliable and willing to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage, develop and sustain stakeholder relationshipsBe flexible and adaptable to a changing scheduleHave a valid or be willing to acquire a Working with Children Check (WWCC)Have your own form of transport (car)A background in teaching and/or cricket is desirable but not necessaryA Valid First Aid CertificateWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
