About the RoleWe are searching for an experienced Casual or Part-time Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and holiday periods.
You'll be creating honest, quality pub-style meals with flair, while contributing to a positive and professional team culture.Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play an integral role in delivering a consistent, high-quality dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present dishes with accuracy, pride, and passionWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standardsFollow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulationsContribute creative ideas to menu developmentManage portion control, minimise waste, and support stock controlMaintain a premium,
