No two days are the same in seafood, so you'll need to think on your feet and stay cool under pressure, especially around stock availability and time-sensitive deliveries.Key responsibilitiesProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, from enquiry through to invoicingLiaise with customers, and the logistics team to coordinate timely deliveriesMaintain and update pricing, stock levels, and customer records in the sales systemHandle customer queries, and order changes professionallySupport compliance with food safetyAssist the sales team and general admin supportAbout youPrevious experience in sales administration, customer service, or order processing (seafood, FMCG,
