We're partnering with a leading national retailer to recruit an Admin Adviser to join their Shared Services team during a busy peak period.
This is an ASAP start through to the end of December, and a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a high-volume corporate environment while supporting one of Australia's most recognised brands.About the RoleYou'll join a specialist team within the Shared Services function, providing administrative and case management support across a range of employee and third-party requests.This is a high-volume, process-driven administration role, with a robust focus on case management and providing accurate, timely responses to requests.
A large part of the role involves generating straightforward documentation through internal systems, such as employment letters and proof of salary requests for team members, banks and other third parties.There will be some outbound phone contact when required, however this is very minimal,the role is predominantly focused on managing cases and completing administrative requests.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to a high volume of casesProvide appropriate responses to standard queries, reporting and data requestsGenerate letters of employment and Confirmation of Employment documentation through internal systemsProcess proof of salary and pay report requests from team members, banks and other third partiesComplete training bookings and learning administration requestsMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsManage cases from start to finish,



ensuring requests are completed accurately and within required timeframesComplete occasional outbound calls where required to clarify or resolve requestsWork collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-volume Shared Services environmentAbout YouProficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systemsPrevious experience delivering high-volume administrative services highly desirableClear and precise written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong problem-solving ability and a solutions-focused approachGoal-oriented with the ability to work towards targets and deadlinesA strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritise competing requestsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentReliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a teamConfident working independently once trainedRole DetailsASAP Start – contract through to the end of DecemberMonday – Friday (38 hours)Training: 4–6 weeks full-time onboarding (in office)Location: Eight Mile PlainsWork model:In office during trainingFlexibility to work from home 3 days per week$34 PH + SuperWhy Apply?
