The Opportunity We are currently sourcing an experienced Bobcat and Forklift Operator on behalf of our client for an immediate start on a quick-paced 6-week project based locally in Townsville.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure solid hours and maximize your earning potential over the short term, with day shifts running 10 to 11 hours and the opportunity to work up to 6 days a week.
What's on Offer Highly Competitive Rate: $***** – $***** per hour (commensurate with experience).
Maximum Hours: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM starts through to 5:00 PM.
Overtime Potential: Up to 6 days a week available for the duration of the 6-week project.
Local Work: Townsville location—be home every night.
Immediate Start: Jump straight into work without delay.
About the Role Reporting to the Site Supervisor,



you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of both Bobcat (skid steer) and Forklift machinery to ensure site operations run smoothly.
What You Need to Succeed Current and valid Forklift (LF) Ticket.
Relevant ticket/competency for Bobcat/Skid Steer operation.
Proven experience operating both machines in a safety-focused environment.
Availability to commit to the full 6-week project and work up to a 6-day roster.
Safety Requirements: Must pass a mandatory pre-employment Drug Alcohol screen.
Candidates must be clean-shaven.
