With a range of food outlets, including Koopa Cafe, On The Green, Bistro forty20, 8 function rooms, Dolphins NRL catering and a 10,000-seat KAYO Stadium, supported by over 50,000 Dolphin members, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and thriving environment.Key responsibilitiesContribute to the kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation and occasional menu inputAssist the Executive Chef, Head Chef and Chef de Partie with all culinary requirements, while fostering a positive and cooperative work environmentMaintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routinesMise en place, cooking and plating for catering functionsAssist the wider catering team in maintaining catering techniques and procedures,
