Bendigo Toyota is looking for a Customer Serviceperson to work in our busy Service Department.If you love helping people, please keep reading.The successful applicant will be responsible for:Checking guests in for appointments into our Service DepartmentPhone support and some administration dutiesEnsuring high customer service standards are maintainedSelling various Service Dept. value adds, options & productsFull Victorian manual driver licence a mustThis is a very busy dept. and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must.Experience isn'tnecessary, buta nice telephone manner, excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills, good attention to detail and PC skills are a must.Valuable general administration and computer skills are required in order to assist relevant staff and managers.Hours 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 7am to 3pm on Fridays.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
