Corowa is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Retail Assistant Store Manager help drive it forward.

In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team that’s ready to deliver great results and embrace what’s ahead.

What you’ll be doing: n

Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement
n
Take a hands-on role in managing store operations, merchandising,



and driving performance against sales targets
n
Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered
n
Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results-driven culture
n

Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a quick-paced, high-volume environment

A proactive, hands-on approach to store operations and team support
n
Robust communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
n
A collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence

A genuine passion for people, community, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
