Change Manager

Change Manager required for Federal Government Department in Sydney CBD. ASAP start – 4-month assignment. 3 days per week (with option to increase to 5 days per week). $850 - $900 per day (including super)

This role will be assisting with a transition from SAP ECC6 to S/4 Hana including a current travel and expect management process via SAP Concur Request.

Key accountabilities:

n

n
Creating change management plan/s including timelines,
n
Developing change communication plan for target audiences,
n
Preparing /updating user guides as required
n
Preparing fit for purpose video guides for the intranet if required
n
Facilitating change management sessions with target audiences if required
n




Attending meetings and training sessions with the system integrators to gain knowledge for the change / communication plans and user guides
n

Selection Criteria:

n

n
Relevant tertiary-level qualifications
n
Extensive change management experience and knowledge, preferably relating to SAP transformation projects.
n
Experience preparing communication plans, assisting with change management and the preparation of end-user guides (written and videos)
n
Change Management qualifications (e.g. Prosci)
n
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
n
Ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders in the delivery of change management services
