hygiene and presentationContributing to a positive and professional kitchen environmentManaging your time effectively and performing well in a fast-paced environmentHelping deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed guest expectationsFollowing food safety, health and workplace safety proceduresDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a similar Demi Chef or Chef role, preferably within a hotel environmentA genuine passion for food and hospitalityExcellent personal presentation and a strong eye for detailHighly developed organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a quick paced environmentProven ability to deliver quality and consistency to the highest standardsA positive attitude and strong team-working skillsCreativity and flair with a commitment to continuous improvementMust havesA Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant tertiary qualificationFull working rights and eligibility to work in AustraliaFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
