The Practice Nurse will perform mixed clinical nursing duties and contribute to chronic disease management.Key responsibilitiesWound care, suture removal, injections, ECGs, spirometry, ABPIs, iron infusions, venesections, and assisting with proceduresChronic disease management including Health assessments and care plan preparationAbout youRegistered Nurse preferred (Enrolled Nurses are welcome to apply)Nurse Immuniser qualification preferred.
