Job Description As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Tilda, supporting Managers, and delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to take the next step, take greater ownership on the floor and help bring out the best in the team.
What you'll do: Lead the floor during services, setting the pace and standard for the front-of-house team Mentor and develop junior FOH staff, building a team that takes pride in the details Own the guest experience- anticipating needs, resolving issues gracefully, and creating moments that bring people back Support wine and beverage service, working closely with our sommelier team Partner with the Restaurant Manager on rostering, stock, and day-to-day operations Champion Tilda's standards of service, presentation, and hospitality culture Qualifications What you'll bring: Experience supervising or leading a team in a fine dining or high-volume premium restaurant A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences Solid wine and beverage knowledge (or hunger to build it) Calm, confident leadership under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
