Manager, Member Rights Centre Permanent Full-Time – Internal Applicants Only Base salary $213,****** per annum + superannuation The Opportunity We are seeking internal expressions of interest for an experienced leader to head our Member Rights Centre (MRC) Team.
In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership of a critical member-facing function, working closely with Elected Officers and the Senior Leadership Team to shape the Association's industrial, workforce and member representation priorities.
You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive governance, compliance and continuous improvement, and ensure members receive timely, high-quality advice, advocacy and support.
You'll also identify emerging member trends, risks and opportunities to help inform the Association's advocacy and strategic direction.
About You You're a strategic and values-driven leader who combines strong people leadership with sound judgement and a passion for member advocacy.
You'll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Management, Industrial Relations or a related discipline At least 2 years management experience in a health related setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor,



develop and motivate high-performing teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and navigate complex issues Sound knowledge of industrial relations and highly developed negotiation skills.
Experience leading change and contributing to strategic organisational objectives A commitment to the union movement and NSWNMA values.
