About Country Club and the new Championship Golf Course: At Country Club Tasmania, we're building something truly special a new championship golf course designed to rival some of the world's best.
Created by globally respected architect Robin Gibson, our new par 72, 18-hole Championship Course will be situated within a beautifully landscaped parkland precinct, inspired by some of the finest courses in North America and the UK.

Scheduled to open in Summer *******, it will offer a visually stunning and challenging experience, and we're now looking for experienced retail sales assistants to join our Golf Shop team!
What you can expect in a day in the role: In this customer-facing role, you'll help create a welcoming and memorable Golf Shop experience for every guest, this will include: Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service in the recent Golf Shop Assisting with customer enquiries, product information, golf check-in and tee-time bookings Process point-of-sale transactions accurately across retail, golf and grab-and-go purchases Maintain attractive merchandise displays and a well-stocked, clean, organised and welcoming shop environment Identify opportunities to promote relevant products, services and upcoming golf activities Support smooth customer flow during busy periods and escalate complex enquiries when needed.
What you'll bring to the role: You'll bring a customer first approach, reliability and the confidence to work across retail, service and golf-related enquiries Previous experience in retail, hospitality,



leisure or another customer-facing service environment Experience using point-of-sale systems and processing customer transactions accurately Experience maintaining merchandise displays, stock levels or the presentation of a customer service area Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customer service.
Previous experience in a golf shop, golf club, driving range, sporting venue or similar leisure environment would be highly regarded.
As well as the following licences and qualifications: Tasmanian recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
