Banking Finance Treasury and/or Risk Specialist Sydney Permanent / Full Time Compliance Management Financial Services experience ASIC, AUSTRAC and APRA regulatory experience We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join a growing financial services organisation.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the compliance framework, providing regulatory advice, and supporting the business to meet its risk and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organisation's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Provide compliance advice and guidance to key stakeholders across the business.
Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and thematic assessments.
Identify, assess, and report compliance incidents and breaches.




Support regulatory change initiatives and implementation of new obligations.
Prepare compliance reports for senior management and relevant committees.
Deliver compliance training and promote a strong risk and compliance culture.
Skills Experience 5+ years' experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role within financial services.
Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks, including ASIC and APRA requirements.
Experience managing compliance frameworks, monitoring programs, and regulatory obligations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
