We are partnering with a well-established Australian organisation seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their collaborative recruitment team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a genuine partnering role where you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with business leaders, and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives across a diverse corporate portfolio.
The Role Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of professional and corporate functions Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advice Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract high-calibre candidates Utilise recruitment technology and market insights to drive hiring outcomes Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience Support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function About You Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, either agency or internal Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities Consultative and solutions-focused approach Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments What's on Offer?
