About the Role This is a rare chance to step into a newly created General Manager position at a pivotal point in the business's growth.
You will take full operational leadership of the business, including production, supply, quality, R D and finance, through a phased handover over the first 12 months.
You will lead a major capital program, including new processing rooms, packing lines, a new warehouse, automation and a new ERP.
You will represent the business with global partners and customers.
Duties Lead the site and the senior leadership team day to day Develop and drive a 3-5 year strategy and operating plan Align production, supply, quality, R D and finance functions Deliver capital projects, current equipment and ERP implementation Support the development of international growth,
