$110,****** p/a + Super | HPSS 4.1 | 5 weeks annual leave Clinical leadership + direct client care within a multidisciplinary youth mental health team Make an impact in Katherine and remote communities through culturally secure outreach and early intervention About the role: Anglicare NT is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead – Primary Mental Health to join the headspace Katherine team.
You'll provide clinical leadership, supervision and operational support to clinicians while maintaining a direct clinical caseload supporting young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you'll help ensure safe, effective and evidence-based service delivery across headspace Katherine, including mental health, AOD, physical and sexual health, and work and study streams.
You'll also lead recovery-focused group programs, contribute to quality improvement and support culturally safe services for Aboriginal young people and families, including through remote community outreach.
About you You'll bring: An approved tertiary qualification, 5 years' experience in a health-related discipline and relevant professional registration/membership.
Postgraduate qualifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and ACT.




Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience delivering early intervention services and group programs to young people.
A passion for youth mental health and working with young Aboriginal people and their families, including in remote settings.
Strong understanding of recovery-focused, culturally responsive and evidence-based practice.
What you'll do: Lead and support an experienced clinical team.
Provide regular clinical supervision and professional guidance.
Maintain a direct clinical caseload.
Coordinate and facilitate recovery-focused group programs.
Support clinical decision-making, risk assessment and treatment planning.
Contribute to quality improvement and headspace Model Integrity Framework requirements.
Support remote community outreach and culturally safe service delivery.
What you'll need: NT Ochre Card National Police Criminal History Check Current NT Driver's Licence First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain Ability to meet relevant ID and visa/overseas work requirements.
