This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of industries and engineering projects.
As a 1st Year Certificate III Engineering – Heavy Fabrication (Boilermaking) Apprentice , you'll work across both workshop and site environments, learning from highly experienced tradespeople while developing a broad range of practical engineering and fabrication skills.
What You'll Be Doing You'll be exposed to a wide variety of work, including: Fabrication and sheet metal work Welding and mechanical components Machine maintenance across a variety of industries Machine installation and relocation Modification and design of machinery Shutdown work Machining and optical alignments Rigging and pipe work General engineering and maintenance tasks Problem-solving and fault-finding Working safely on-site and in the workshop No two days will necessarily be the same, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and experience throughout your apprenticeship.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Committed to completing their apprenticeship and learning the trade Interested in engineering, machinery,
