Established commercial fit out builder delivering medical, healthcare, aged care, education and workplace projects across Sydney seeking a project manager to join their established team paying a salary of up to $185K + Super based in Sydney CBD.
Established growing business with a solid reputation and a steady pipeline of work, much of it coming from repeat clients and long standing industry relationships.
Projects include medical suites, day hospitals, IVF clinics, radiology centers and aged care facilities, generally valued between $1M and $20M.
The business provides experienced site and commercial support, so its Project Managers can focus on leading their projects rather than being stretched across too many tasks.
About the Role Based in the Sydney CBD, you will lead one major project or a small portfolio of projects as head contractor.
You will own each project from preconstruction handover through to final account, managing the client relationship and coordinating the commercial, design and site teams.
Your responsibilities will include: Assessing scope,
