Job Description As a Head of Product, your main responsibilities will include: Establish and lead the Product Management function, creating the frameworks, standards, and operating model that guide product development across the organization.
Partner with senior operational stakeholders to identify opportunities, define priorities, and ensure digital products are aligned to business strategy and operational objectives.
Drive enterprise-wide change management and adoption initiatives to maximize the value realized from digital products and technology investments.
Build organizational capability by developing digital, data, and AI-related skills across the workforce, including the adoption of citizen developer and data stewardship programs.
Promote AI-first ways of working and embed AI-enabled tools, methodologies, and practices into product management and business operations.
Define how Product teams collaborate with Engineering, Platforms Data, and Transformation teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Manage product adoption budgets and ensure change and capability-building activities receive appropriate investment to achieve business outcomes.
Report product performance,



adoption metrics, and value realization outcomes to executive leadership and governance committees.
The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Product should have: Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Science, or a related discipline.
Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or Master's degree are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, including a proven track record of building and leading product teams within complex operational or industrial environments.
Demonstrated success driving organizational change, digital adoption, and capability-building initiatives at scale.
Robust experience establishing product operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
Experience within mining, processing, smelting, manufacturing, energy, or other asset-intensive industries would be advantageous; however, proven product leadership and transformation experience are the primary requirements.
