About the Opportunity We are seeking passionate Pastry Chefs (Chef de Partie Commis) to join our opening pastry team.




Working within a highly skilled pastry brigade, you will help deliver high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods while maintaining the standards expected of two of Melbourne's leading venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills in a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.
