We're looking for a agile Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team, based at our corporate office in West Perth.
In this exciting and varied role, you will oversee Home Care, Retirement Village and State Government programs and assist with Residential Aged Care.
About the role Reporting to our Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for assisting the regional management team to achieve budgeted regional profit targets as well as balance sheet reconciliations and month end accounting processes.
You'll also build relationships with key clinical and operational managers to provide guidance and support on revenue and cost decisions and their consequences, while driving a continuous improvement approach across the organisation.
What you'll bring Previous experience in management accounting, with an adaptable and proactive mindset Membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia,



or currently studying CA or CPA Previous experience in the Aged Care industry, with knowledge of the funding arrangements and compliance requirements of the Aged Care Act **** will be highly regarded Excellent time management and organisation skills, with an ability to meet targets within tight deadlines Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with operational and clinical stakeholders National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) and current Influenza vaccination Full Australian working rights What we offer Our people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
