With a strong focus on operational excellence, safety and project delivery, they provide critical services to mining operations across Australia.
This role will be responsible for month-end accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and providing commercial support to operational stakeholders.
Job Description Manage end-of-month accounting activities for assigned projects, including transaction reviews, journal entries and reporting.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for key stakeholders.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial records.
Review weekly project transactions and investigate variances where required.
Support corporate consolidation reporting processes.
Analyse financial performance, monitor project costs and provide commercial insights.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements.




Partner with operational and project teams to provide financial support and improve business performance.
Contribute to financial modelling, forecasting and ad hoc commercial analysis.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Management Accountant should have: The ability to start immediately or within short notice.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CA or CPA qualified.
Minimum 5 years' experience in management or financial accounting within a commercial environment.
Experience using SAP S/4HANA essential.
Strong month-end accounting, journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliation experience.
Proven ability to prepare and analyse financial reports.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Previous exposure to mining, resources, contracting or project-based environments will be highly regarded.
