The Opportunity As Precinct Meetings Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and compliance Provide hands-on support during service and busy event periods; and Lead by example, placing our customers at the heart of everything you do.
About you You are a confident, hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional events and customer experiences.
You also bring: A minimum of two years' supervisory experience within an events or functions venue Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Exceptional customer service, attention to detail and problem-solving skills A cooperative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams Outstanding presentation,



grooming and communication skills The ability to meet the inherent physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and assisting with event bump-in and bump-out A Certificate IV in Hospitality Supervision, or be working towards this qualification Current RSA and RCG certifications Flexibility to work a variety of day and evening shifts, with regular availability from Thursday to Sunday.
