About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated CT Radiographer to join a leading medical imaging team in Sydney.
This role is ideal for a radiographer who is passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging, providing exceptional patient care, and working within a collaborative clinical environment.
You will be responsible for performing a broad range of CT examinations while ensuring the highest standards of image quality, radiation safety, and patient experience.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced radiologists, radiographers, and support staff in a modern imaging environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality CT examinations across a broad range of clinical presentations Ensure accurate patient positioning, scan protocols, and image optimisation Operate advanced CT imaging equipment and associated technologies Administer IV contrast in accordance with relevant policies and competency requirements Monitor patients before, during, and after contrast administration Apply ALARA principles and maintain strict radiation safety practices Collaborate closely with radiologists, referrers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their examination Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental processes Support student radiographers and contribute to a positive learning environment where appropriate About You To be successful in this role,



you will have: Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent qualification Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner NSW EPA Radiation Licence (or eligibility to obtain) Previous CT experience within a hospital or private imaging environment Strong understanding of CT protocols, anatomy, and radiation safety principles Experience with contrast-enhanced CT examinations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Desirable Skills Experience Experience with Siemens, GE, Canon, or Philips CT systems Experience across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and complex imaging presentations Experience with cardiac CT, angiography, or specialised CT protocols Postgraduate CT qualifications or demonstrated CT competency Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment What's on Offer Competitive salary package Access to modern CT technology and equipment Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional development and career progression Adaptable working arrangements Exposure to a diverse range of clinical cases About the Organisation This is an opportunity to join a respected medical imaging provider committed to delivering exceptional diagnostic services to the Sydney community.
