* Has experience in retail sales, interior styling,



luxury retail or similar customer service roles.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering personalised in-store and in-home design consultations that inspire customers and drive sales.
* Building robust customer relationships and providing tailored home furnishing solutions.
* Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
* Generating and managing leads, following up enquiries and converting opportunities into sales.
* Recommending complete room solutions and complementary products to maximise customer outcomes.
* Collaborating with the wider store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Maintaining expert knowledge of Freedom's product range, trends and services.
* Representing the Freedom brand with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
