Job Description Must Have Skills: React, Node JS ,Express JS , Basic python Nice to Have Skills: N/A Detailed Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on development experience across both frontend and backend technologies.
The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in React.js for frontend development and Node.js with Express.js for backend/API development.
The candidate should be comfortable working across the complete application development lifecycle, including designing and developing user interfaces, building backend services and REST APIs, integrating frontend and backend components, troubleshooting issues, and supporting application deployments.
Basic working knowledge of Python is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Build and maintain backend applications and services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and standards-compliant code following established development practices.
Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and defect resolution to ensure application quality.




Work with databases and implement appropriate data access and integration mechanisms.
Support build, deployment, and release activities across different application environments.
Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, estimation, and sprint delivery.
Contribute to application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability improvements.
Use Python for basic scripting, automation, data processing, or supporting development activities where required.
Requirements Senior level resource capable of producing and executing an OCM strategy Robust English communication in both spoken and written skill set.
Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US.
Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours Identifying potential risks and obstacles to change and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
Provide training and development material to support end users prior to and after transition In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQ's, QRG's, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations Experience with large scale multi-national IT infrastructure projects highly desired
