Industry leader in delivering electrical solutions - Electrical License required Opportunity to build the division and grow with the business $150-$160K + Super + vehicle About The Role Our client is looking to hire an Electrical Service Manager to take ownership of a new electrical service division.
You'll manage a small team of electricians while developing client relationships, winning new work and helping grow the division.
The role will report directly to the electrical general manager and will suit someone who is comfortable being hands-on and working autonomously.
About the Company This National Electrical Contractor has been growing rapidly in NSW, with the size and scale of their projects almost doubling in the last 3 years.
They are now expanding their electrical service division with a strong pipeline of commercial and healthcare work, including large-scale projects across Sydney.
With a broader business across electrical, mechanical and fire services, they are looking for someone to take ownership and help grow the division.
About You Current NSW Electrical Licence Strong electrical service experience Experience managing a small team of electricians Commercial service experience across buildings, facilities, offices,



healthcare or similar Strong client management and relationship-building skills Existing industry contacts and a network of clients would be highly advantageous Comfortable working autonomously Can-do attitude and willing to be hands-on when required Full drivers licence What You'll be Doing Take ownership of the new electrical service division Portfolio of works across Western and greater Sydney Manage a team of 2-4 electricians Build and maintain solid client relationships Identify new service opportunities and grow the client base Oversee day-to-day service delivery Be hands-on with electrical work when required, particularly while the division grows Help develop and grow the division with the support of the wider business What's On Offer Opportunity to take ownership of a new electrical service division Strong pipeline of commercial and healthcare service work Chance to build and grow the division with an established national contractor Direct access to senior management and the wider business $140K-$160k + Super + vehicle Opportunity for genuine career progression as the division grows If you're an experienced electrical service professional looking for the opportunity to build something of your own and take real ownership, we want to hear from you!
