$80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Vehicle When Required High-End Residential Landscape Design Construction Client-Facing | Design | Estimating | End-to-End Projects This is not your typical Landscape Architect position.
Our client is an award-winning landscape design and construction business specialising in high-end, bespoke residential projects .
Their work is individually designed around each home, client and lifestyle - these are not cookie-cutter gardens or display-home landscapes.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented Senior Landscape Architect who wants to combine their design expertise with a more client-facing, commercially involved position.
The Role Sitting across the design studio, sales, estimating and construction teams , you will become involved with projects from the very beginning.
Rather than simply receiving a brief and producing a design, you will meet clients at their homes, understand what they are trying to achieve and help turn their ideas into a considered, beautiful and achievable landscape.
You will typically attend 2-4 client consultations per week , meeting homeowners who have already enquired about the company's landscape construction services.
From there, you will help develop their vision, provide design ideas and recommendations, understand their priorities and budget, and guide them through the early stages of creating their project.
You will then work closely with the internal design, estimating and construction teams to help bring that vision to life.
This is a genuinely end-to-end position offering far greater client interaction, project ownership and variety than a traditional studio-based Landscape Architect role.
The Candidate We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect with solid design capability who also enjoys dealing with people .




You will need to be comfortable sitting down with a homeowner, asking the right questions, understanding what they want - even when they can't necessarily articulate it themselves - and translating that vision into a design that is both beautiful and achievable.
Ideally, you will bring: Strong landscape architecture and residential design experience (ideally high level Senior Landscape Architect level) Excellent client consultation and relationship-building skills The confidence and personality to manage high-end residential clients The ability to interpret a client's ideas and turn them into a clear design direction An understanding of landscape construction and how designs translate into completed projects Some exposure to estimating, costing or working within client budgets Strong communication skills and the ability to work across design, estimating, sales and construction teams You do not need to come from a traditional sales background.
What is important is that you enjoy the client-facing side of the industry and can confidently guide a customer through the design process.
