ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent Opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified RN (looking to work in a General Practice) to work team-oriented and welcoming environment.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our Patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Chronic Disease Management
Immunisations and Vaccinations
Wound Care and Dressings
Assisting Dr's with Procedures
Health Assessments and Recalls
Patient Education and Support
Maintaining accurate Clinical Records
ABOUT YOU
Current AHPRA Registration
Strong clear communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a Team
Immunisation Certification (Highly Regarded)
