Omnia Community Health in Victoria is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Allied Health Team. The role offers 0.6–1.0 EFT with options for part time to full time work, delivering evidence-based OT across home, community and telehealth settings.

You will assess and treat adults with ageing, disability and chronic conditions, prescribing equipment and home modifications to enhance independence and safety.
