ABM Australia is seeking a Supporter Care & CRM Lead to join its Sydney-based fundraising team.
You will lead supporter care, strengthen CRM capability, and coordinate donor retention and growth initiatives to deepen engagement with supporters.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will optimise Raiser's Edge NXT for appeals and major giving, drive donor journeys and segmentation, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional supporter experience and sustainable long-term donor
