We are seeking a Payroll Officer to support our centralised payroll function and perform end-to-end payroll processing using both Aurion and Peoplesoft.
This role is based in Brisbane.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
* Maintaining payroll records and employee data
* Processing leave, payroll records and employee data
* Responding to payroll enquiries both written and verbal
* Preparing payroll reports and maintaining payroll documentation
* Experience with EOFY payroll process is desirable
Experience/Qualifications
* Immediately available for a start (highly desirable)
* 2+ years' hands-on payroll experience
* Previous experience using Aurion and PeopleSoft desirable
* Strong attention to detail, problem solving, strive for results and process improvement
* Strong excel skills (Minimum of intermediate or advanced
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with others
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Must be an Australian Citizen
