Job Description
Anglicare Southern Queensland in Gympie seeks a Residential Youth Worker to provide care and support to children and young people in out-of-home care or at risk.
You will be the primary caregiver during your shift, promoting safety, routines and development while applying trauma-informed strategies.
You will work with the Coordinator and Service Manager to implement plans, maintain notes, and engage in relevant training.
