Managing relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients

Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal digital delivery teams

Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
n
Working closely with specialists across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
n




Confidently understanding and communicating digital marketing strategies to clients
n
Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall client resultsManaging expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple digital accounts
n
Building solid, long-term relationships that support client retention and account growth
n
No business development or cold calling – this role is focused on account management, client relationships, retention and delivery
