Job Description
Encircle Community Services in Lawnton, Queensland, is seeking a dedicated Family Support Practitioner for a full time, 3-month SCHADS contract.
The role provides strengths-based, trauma-informed support to families across the Moreton Bay region, with office-based and outreach duties.
You will work within our Families Team, developing goals, linking clients to supports, and advocating for families while building community partnerships.
