We are looking for a Leading Hand Boilermaker to join a team in Currumbin.
This is a temp-to-perm role with the goal of transitioning the employee to a full-time employee
Location: Currumbin
Duties of the role:
Lead, coordinate, and perform fabrication, assembly, and plant maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and mentor apprentices and boilermakers.
Allocate daily tasks, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Interpret engineering drawings and manage digital maintenance records
Organise materials, raise purchase orders where required, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:




Cert III in Mechanical Engineering (Boilermaker/Welder) or higher.
5+ years of post-trade experience (ready for a step up!).
Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
Sound knowledge of Australian Standards (AS**** & AS****).
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 6.00 am to 2.10 pm, Friday 6.00 am to ***** pm
