We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join theParts team at Eastside Mitsubishi & Škoda in Nunawading.
This is a great opportunity to build a career in automotive parts, combining customer service, sales, parts interpreting and warehousing.Previous automotive parts experience is not essential, with training provided on the job.
About the role
Working as part of our dealership Parts team, your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and professional customer service face-to-face and over the phone
Assisting our Service Department with internal parts requirements
Identifying and interpreting automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
Processing parts enquiries, orders and sales
Receiving, organising and maintaining stock
Assisting with general warehouse and parts-store duties
Building your knowledge of Mitsubishi, Škoda and automotive parts
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to learn
Enjoys working with customers and being part of a team
Is reliable,



organised and punctual
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
Is motivated to develop a career in the automotive industry
Previous dealership, automotive, retail or customer service experience would be an advantage, butis not essential.
